My girls and I enjoyed a beautiful beach day, ferry ride and ice cream on Block Island this summer. A beautiful island with a nice, laid back environment.

- I've been a painter my whole life.... I just didn't know it. Luckily, I've been using photography as an extension of a life-long desire to capture what I see, now I can do it in 2 mediums. this photo reminds me of my love, the beach. i am from corpus christi, tx. we would actually skip class and go to the beach! when i was younger my family would spend ALLLLLL day at the beach. i have walked and played in dunes like this.
